Welcome to Kypro.ca. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Kypro Distribution Inc. Kypro Distribution Inc. operates this Kypro Wholesale and its online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience.

Kypro.ca is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process payment. Once an order is accepted, cancellation requests may not be accommodated.

If we modify or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

All prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of purchase, as reflected in your order confirmation.

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss transfer to you once products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales transactions occur directly between you and Kypro Distribution Inc.

Shopify is not responsible for any products, transactions, losses, or damages arising from purchases made through our store. By using the Services, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your transactions with Kypro Distribution Inc.
