Returns & Refunds

We truly appreciate your business and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please take a moment to review our return policy before placing your order.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • In-person returns at our location are free.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Approved claims will receive either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A refund (less the 3% payment processing fee)


Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • All fencing products (FINAL SALE)

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you need a different product, the easiest way is to request a return for the original item (if eligible), and once approved, place a new order for the item you prefer.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

  • Payment processing fees (3%) are non-refundable.

Example:

If your purchase was $1,000:

$1,000
– $250 (25% restocking fee)
– $30 (3% processing fee)
= $720 refunded
